Fun Water Park!

The water park area was the highlight for my kids. They loved the waterslides, and the baby pool with smaller slides was fantastic for my younger ones. Seeing their smiles while splashing around made our family getaway special. The facilities are designed with children in mind, making it a perfect place for families to enjoy time together.

Room Comfort

Even though our initial room had some issues, the renovated room we moved into was quite comfortable. It had newer furnishings and a nice layout that worked well for our family. The space was clean and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. It’s great seeing that they’re focused on improving guest experience through room upgrades.

Breakfast Variety

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offerings. They had French toast and hard-boiled eggs that were much better than your typical continental selection. Even though I wish there were more fruit options, it was satisfying and allowed us to start our day right.

Relaxing Pool Area

The pool area provided a great space for relaxation after a busy day. My kids enjoyed the waterslide, and despite some cleanliness issues, the overall atmosphere was fun and lively. We spent a lot of time there enjoying family time and unwinding together. It was a nice bonus to have this leisure option for entertainment.

Our experience at this hotel started off great when we booked a room for an event, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. We were disappointed by the poor customer service when they canceled our reservation without proper notification. The facilities had issues that affected our stay, particularly with maintenance and cleanliness. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place given our experience.
